We offer one-to-one or group supervision, and development to both independent and in-houses coaches. Working with North-52 appeals to coaches who want to stretch their practice further, through connecting to their purpose, developing reflexivity and sharpening their ethical focus.
COACH SUPERVISION
We encourage coaches to connect with their coaching philosophy, what it is they do and how.
The ‘why’ - so the coach can explore choices they make or don’t make with their clients. Our supervisors work with a range of coaches and mentors at different stages of their career and from diverse disciplines. All our coach supervisors have attained the Professional Certificate of Advanced Study in Coaching Supervision from Oxford Brookes University.
COACH DEVELOPMENT
Grounded in evidence-based research, our programmes reflect our expertise in duty of care, ethics, reflexivity and systemic perspectives.
We offer individual and group development in these areas. Coaching bodies’ codes of practice do not provide coaches with all they need for the myriad of challenges they face. Our advanced coach practice development moves the coach beyond the bounds of an ethical framework.
