EXECUTIVE COACHING
Executive coaching, providing space, structure, challenge and encouragement, focused on the client and organisation’s needs. We offer tools and support to be agile and flexible, as clients stretch their thinking into complex, mature places.
TEAM COACHING
With team coaching, we help teams build on strength and experience, recognise and tackle friction, allowing the unwritten rules and the unsaid dynamics to emerge. Together they develop capability, directed towards their common purpose.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
This isn’t about teaching; it’s about exploration, experimentation, reflexivity in action. Our programmes are set in the context of current organisational challenges We equip leaders with the tools and confidence to face future uncertainty and complexity.

HOW WE WORK
Our processes start with a focus on the impact leaders and their teams want to make, in their organisation and beyond. Only by pausing to consider what and who are truly important and how to bring that to life, individually and as teams, can leaders move through complexity with pace and integrity.
And integrity matters. All our team hold Masters level degrees (or higher) in coaching, leadership development and related fields, have held rich and varied commercial careers and have at least 5 years of coaching experience.
